What is recruitment?
Recruitment in Greek life involves identifying and selecting potential new members for a fraternity or sorority. This is done through a series of events and activities that introduce candidates to the organization's values, traditions, and culture, while also evaluating their compatibility with the group.
At Kappa Pi Beta, I have curated multiple recruitment themes and been involved in executing the events and their design. These themes and events are designed to attract individuals who share our organization's values and interests, and showcase the unique opportunities and experiences that we offer to prospective members.
