Things bigger than ΚΠΒ
On Wednesday January 6th, 2021, there was a raid on the white house as an act of defiance to the peaceful Black Lives Matter movement.
Being an Asian-Interest fraternity, we pride ourselves on being leaders on our campus and wherever we go. Being a leader means knowing when to stand up for something we believe in and using our influence to spread awareness and to educate our community.
In response to the raid and the BLM movement, I under Kappa Pi Beta, made the decision to take a stand with the African-American community and speak out against the injustices faced by the Black Lives Matter movement.
